so i started work 2dai for the first time ever...and i think i wanna die.  sum examples of my suffering:

1. Getting run down and "detained" by security.  did U know u had 2 go through a stupid security checkpoint????

2. Going into the wrong room and getting searched again by security for "attempting to participate without authorization in classified activities"

3. Arriving late to orientation conference and tripping on a wire, thus cutting off the video thingie everyone wuz watching

4. NOT understanding a word my mentor was saying, and pretending to get it by announcing "AHH!!! I GET IT!!" at all the wrong times

5. Calling an "animal" an "aminal"

6. Seeing a batch of lab frogs and asking my mentor if they were "cane toads from australia"

7. Almost putting a pop tart in the bacterial incubator

8. Checking xangas when I was suppose to be researching amphibial morphogenesis (and getting caught)

9. Asking the ONLY american in the lab what his "home country" was 

10. Mistaking 50 uL for 50ml and breaking the pipette
